Where can I order enrollment guides and
overview guides?

Enrollment guides can be ordered online through uhcjarvis.com > Sales & Marketing Tools > Sales Materials Portal.

Overview guides can be ordered online through uhcjarvis.com > Sales & Marketing Tools > UnitedHealthcare Toolkit. Once there, put "Peoples" in the search field at the top and then click Peoples Health Guides.

Where can I find a list of my members?

At this time, it is up to the agent to keep their book of business. Your commission statement is another option. We hope to have a platform to allow agents to track their members in the future.

What LA Medicaid levels qualify a beneficiary for your D-SNP plan?

For Secure Health, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: QI, SLMB, SLMB+, QMB, QMB+, or Full Medicaid (FBDE).

For Secure Complete, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: SLMB+, QMB, QMB+, or Full Medicaid (FBDE).

For Dual Complete LA-S5, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: FBDE, QMB+ or SLMB+.

Depending on the Medicaid level, a beneficiary may have a copay for some services but you should always quote the range given.

For all member-related issues, please have the member call the Customer Service number on the back of their member ID card.
